On arrival the man in the shop gave us the keys to check in and when I went there there was a man there i was so embarrassed we then had to wait to get in and when we did it stunk of smoke and there was bottles of vodka in the cupboards and empty.can if beer was on tbe side the bedding was dirty so the cleaner no way came in after

Dirty trays in oven, lounge window frame loose draughty and very noisy. Scissors & a bread knife would be a help.
