Amazing sea views ,brilliant location Apartment

The apartment is close to the Town Centre and the apartmenr is quite spacious.

It was quite cold in Weymouth and we found that the heating had been turned right down, thankfully my husband was able to adjust the thermostat so the apartment was warm.

Such a cosy apartment in a great location.

Bed slats kept coming out. So sleep wasn’t great an ironing board was under mattress to resolve which isn’t acceptable.

Near to beach, town centre. Lift to flat.

bathroom had over bath shower and would have been better to remove for a walk in shower.

Collected the keys from a shop on the opposite side of the road, served by a very polite lovely young man, I asked about the apartment and he explained the main door was opposite the shop and the number of our apartment. I went across and couldn’t unlock it, I didn’t want to force it so I went back, the young man wasn’t sure where it was and phoned the landlord, explained about me and gave me the phone, he was very rude to me! “I don’t know what you’re on about ! I haven’t got time for this! It’s the red door! I can’t help you any more! I’m very busy” I went back across the road, the main entrance to the apartments was a bit further up than the first door I tried, we managed to get in no problem.

As soon as we walked in the apartment the smell of stale cigarette smoke was overwhelming, it made your throat very dry,( strange as it is advertised as a non smoking apartment ) it smelled like it was in the soft furnishings, scatter cushions , very grubby too! curtains , sofas and rugs, a real let down! Felt grubby needs a real deep clean. It does have A lovely sea view, IF you could actually see it out of the filthy windows! The bathroom has a lot of black mould ( easily removed with a few sprays of astonish mould and mildew remover, no need to even scrub it! Left on overnight does the job for you! Costs less than £2.00). The kettle is disgusting and needs replacing! I tried to give it a bit of a clean to make it usable, but so bad I couldn’t bring myself to make a drink from it , you can buy a new one very cheaply, around £10 the washing up bowl has a hole in it as well as being very marked along with the mismatched tatty cutlery drainer and dish drainer, again I tried to give them a bit of a clean, very sad that they could all be replaced for under £10. The actual apartment is really so lovely, just badly let down by needing to replace Some items and a whole lot of elbow grease this done could make it perfect .

The studio apartment was in easy access to the town centre of Weymouth.

The bed was not as comfortable as the one I have at home.

Windows bathroom whole apartment needs more attention as not very clean and needs a update

Lovely and clean, good communication with the owners. Excellent location, nothing to complain about. Nice touches with the information leaflets and tea and coffee. Would not hesitate to rebook …thanks for a lovely stay 🥰

The cleaners turned up early and said we had to leave so my 9 year old son didn’t get to eat his breakfast and I had to throw it away.
