Seaview flat with balcony, spacious 2 bedroom

Amazing location with huge windows over looking the sea , perfect for sipping a coffee and watching the world go by. Very comfortable furniture , beds, spotlessly clean, everything we needed and wanted.

The club underneath was so loud, even my bedroom door was vibrating. To be fair, they did switch off at midnight and it didn’t spoil our stay but it is very loud . If you want an early night , are light sleepers or have kids, it could be quite intrusive.

We loved the position of the apartment, the standard of the furnishings. The kitchen has everything we needed & loved all the little additions of coffee & shower products. The outstanding view & balcony just made it perfect. Will definitely look to use this again when visiting the area….thank you Anna

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It was simply fantastic. The view was stunning, and the decor and furniture were cozy and comfortable.

My sister and I had THE BEST stay! Located right on the seafront with beautiful views of Worthing. Check-in was easy, as all the details of how to access the keys from the lockbox were sent well in advance. Apartment was clean and smelt of fresh laundry on arrival. Lovely wide open living space to relax in with a super comfy sofa. All the necessary amenities (kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso Vertuo, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer). Comfy beds and clean laundry (towels provided). Parking directly outside the apartment was free from 10pm-9am (and then you can pay for a 2-hour stay), but is free all day Sunday. Buckingham multi storey car park (BN11 1TH) is directly behind the apartment (1 min walk) and was £13 for the day. The main shopping area is also directly behind the apartment or via a walk along the seafront towards the big wheel. M&S Food Hall is a few doors away too. Market stalls set up on Sunday along the seafront and even on a bank holiday weekend Worthing wasn't overcrowded. Walk down the seafront away from the town to pick up an excellent coffee and pastry from Cloud9 coffee truck! Highly recommend the apartment and the location.

No hot water for the first day as the boiler had been accidentally switched off. (For fellow travellers the switch is located behind the microwave.)

Lovely and clean, very spacious and bright. Best thing is the view of the sea!

Balcony couldn’t quite enjoy as much as I would have liked due to the property being right next to quite a busy road bug that wasn’t a big issue as we were able to very easily just cross over and sit on the promenade itself

Das Apparment war sauber, luftig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Der Bonus war eine Waschmaschine, die in der Beschreibung gar nicht auftaucht :) Der Blick auf das Meer ist toll und die Lage allgemein sehr gut. In wenigen Gehminuten war alles erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell.

Eine super eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage mit schönem Meerblick. Glücklicherweise ist unter der Woche der unten liegende Kellerclub nicht geöffnet, aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern hört man ohnehin nicht viel von außen und kann gut entspannen, und dabei sogar Wäsche waschen

Dieses Mal waren hinter dem Haus leider Bauarbeiten und das Parkhaus direkt daneben geschlossen, wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen.
