Brak możliwości wywietrzenia pokoju. Przy łóżkach żadne lampki nocne się nie świeciły. W baterii przy zlewozmywaku w aneksie kuchennym nie działała ciepła woda, brak suszarki do naczyń. W łazience zapychała się umywalka.
