Velmi pohodlné postele, ticho, klid, parádní balkóny.. bezkontaktní předání klíčů. Komunikace s majitelkou přes zprávy výborná. Do pěti minut biedronka, žabka, na tramvaj cca 10 minut. Byt se dá zamknout zevnitř a klíče můžou zůstat v krabičce. Byt je v patře, u schodů jsou vrátka.
