"The host was great, but apt. TATRY is too small for a group of 9"

The host always responded quickly and was helpful and friendly. Their instructions were thorough and clear. The apartment would be a great fit for max. 7 people.

The beds in apartment TATRY are not enough for 9 people. The two sofa beds are extremely small for 2-2 people. In addition, there we only got one duvet per sofa bed. The pans and pots were also too small when cooking for 9 people. From the original listing it was not clear that the sauna is only available in the DELUXE apartment, and that there are several apartments.

"Warm and cosy apartment."

Great location , friendly service, we had a problem with the WiFi, and the host kept us updated on what the issue was and managed to resolve it as soon as it was possible. The apartment was well equipped , warm, and cosy.

There was a missing bathtub stopper in the bath , so we had to improvise when we wanted to take a bath. Also when we arrived the pin on the booking website was wrong and had to ask the host directly what was the pin to the box with the key.

"A very nice apartment in the mountains"

Everything was as we expected. Nice apartment on the second floor. Large and clean. We appreciated that we could take our dog with us. There is a vacuum cleaner available so we were able to clean our dog´s hair. We appreciated that there was a microvawe in the kitchen.

WiFi was a disappointment. We did read the warning from the host about it BUT the weather was great so the Wifi wasn´t disturbed by the weather. Also not all the apartments in the house were occupied so the Wifi wasn´t influenced by a lot of people wanting to use Wifi.
