Apartament Silver - Stara Polana Spa

The interior design is beautiful. The appartment is new and modern. The area is central, but quite and safe. Kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are SO comfortable I had the sleep of my life!

The smaller second bedroom really needs an AC because it gets too hot and out of air really quickly, the kids could not sleep there comfortably. The pool is located in a separate building and is available for all neighbourhood, it was so crowded we could not even enjoy it properly. The cold water jacuzzi was disappointing, wet steam sauna is too cold and the steam is a rare guest - basically the “spa” is just a small warm pool, a cold water jacuzzi, a cold steam sauna and a good dry sauna. Before our check-out, the water was turned-off due to an accident in the street, but the staff could not advice were we could take a shower or use a toilet - just said “check in 30-60 minutes” thus our check out was in 60 minutes, so we had to drive to the gas station to take a toilet and brush our teeth. The staff is unresposive to texts, only calls. The free parking spot was taken, the staff adviced to go to security, they adviced to place the care somewhere else so we did.

Balkon w sypialni wspólny z sąsiadami bez żadnego przepierzenia, co uniemożliwiało wypoczynek na nim czy nawet zostawienie otwartych drzwi balkonowych. Mimo zapewnienia na booking, że dostępne są kanały online np. Netflix, takowych brak, toaleta z łazienką, a nie osobno, jak w opisie udogodnień. To nie są duże przeszkody, ale opisując obiekt, należy być szczerym, bo cena tego wymaga. Słychać sąsiadów z każdej strony.

Nicely decorated, big apartment on 3rd floor with elevator. Own private parking. Location was ok with walking distance to the center. Several food stores close by.

We came to the apartment late, after 10 p.m., and the gate to the court yard was locked, so we could not park our car and nobody answered the phone. After some exploration some kind of night guard helped us to open the gate. It would have been nice to get information about the gate in advance. Our experience could have been better by fixing small things. E.g. we were provided with only 3 rolls of poor quality toilet paper for 4 persons for 4 days. Not enough. When I sent a message and asked for more paper, I never got an answer. Had to buy a big pack of toilet paper from the store. Also no shampoo etc was provided. Only hand soap. The kitchen was ok, altough a micro wave oven would have been nice. Also a kitchen towel and a rack for drying dish would have been nice. Altogether the apartment was nicely decorated, but had not been taken care of so well. Curtons hanging loose, toilet lid broken, floor molding damaged.

The place was very family friendly. Very close to the centre.. easily accessible
