20t7 floor Cebu IT Park studio walking distance to everything

Location is perfect and very comfortable. It's a quiet but perfect location to restaurants and IT park

Instructions for the initial booking could be easier. I submitted IDs ahead of time (over a week in advance). But the day of arrival was asked for IDs again while I am flying to cebu. I was also contacted by an external messaging without prior instruction which was slightly a concern since I was not introduced ahead of time. I felt the booking messaging and instructions were lacking

Nice well fitted apartment, love the homely cozy feel. Very clean. Comfortable bed, pillows & blankets. We had more than enough towels including paper towels provided. The unit has great views of Ayala Mall and Sugbo Mercado which are located just across the road from the apartment block. No cooking allowed but they have a powerful microwave, fridge and the essential cutlery/kitchen utensils.

Weak water pressure for shower though not major. The toilet bowl started blocking out on us on our last couple of days.

can not cook hot plate missing ,shower head must be fix to wall,bad smell in room

The room was clean and WiFi was fast.

The aircon right above the bed and the toilet was hit and miss if it flushed everything first time
