Blisko do centrum, parking podziemny, winda do apartamentu, wielość apartamentu, czystość, dwa balkony, widok.

Apartament jest już niestety nadgryziony zębem czasu i wymaga pewnego remontu, oraz wymiany wyposażenia, takiego jak np. suszarka na pranie która jest całkiem zardzewiała, naczyń których nie da się do myć, brak ociekacza na naczynia sprawia że meble gniją nad zlewem, swoją drogą apartament tej klasy powinien już posiadać zmywarkę do naczyń, stolarka drzwiowa opuchnięta od wody, popękane kafle czy drzwi balkonowe które zamykają się z trudnością, ściany miejscami popękane i czarne bo nie malowane od lat.
