Town House at The Reeds

This is a beautiful, well furnished unit. Great, good quality furniture. Extremely comfortable beds and loved the bedding.

*The kitchen tap leaks, resulting in water running over the counter and inside cupboard. Best not to use tap. *You need your own Netflix account *only 1 Bulb in main bedroom works so room is fairly dark *Bedside lights in both bedrooms are purely for decor. No 2 point plugs to plug the lights into so that u can actually use the lights * Toiletries were minimim. For 4 adults booked in for 3 days we received NO toilet paper, only one tiny 30ml conditioning shampoo for all 4 guests to share and 2 tiny 20g soaps *There were only 3 coffee mugs for 4 guests. We could not have coffee together. *The 4 forks were not matching. 3 different types. Absolute Minimum crockery *The entire unit has only 1 mirror which is a nice big one in the bathroom. *Cleaning stuff was mainly empty or nearly empty The unit itself and furniture are high quality and fantastic just bring your own toiletries and cleaning materials for long stays.

The location was good, safe within the complex. The washer was a good thing as we needed to wash clothes.

The kitchen, cutlery, and dishes were not up to standard. Some of the knives were still dirty. The dish towels were very used. No coffee, only 3 teabags for the 2 day stay for 4 adults. At first, I thought there were no towels but found it in the cupboards. No toilet paper or hand soap in the bathroom.

Safe and sought after location.

Complex gate broke mid the stay and we had to resort to calling the agent to open all the time. Perhaps have remotes to both gates available.

DSTV must be upgraded to include all the channels

The flat was comfortable and the host provided amenities for tea and bath that we did not expect, but made our stay very comfortable. The house was very thoughtful in paying attention to those needs.

Load shedding in the area which made it difficult for us without power. I think the owner may invest in an alternative power source in the future.
