There are a few small things missing that could be improved, such as a marble cloth, more toilet paper, and small face towels. Other than that, it was very good.

The spacious apartment & its quiet location

The fact that windows had not enough protection for the light especially ine bedroom which had a window on top of the bed git us up quite early every morning. The mattresses need changing as They are not comfortable at all. Quilt on double bed not big enough for 2 persons & the stains on the sofa made me uneasy. If the above are taken care of it will be a Superb accommodation without flaws as the place is really nice.

The apartment is spacious, close to the city center, not too far, which also assumes a pleasant walk. Well-equipped! Cutlery and household appliances are in order, there is no microwave oven! Modern design, warm apartment! Unfortunately, the 120 square meter apartment comes with only 1 parking space (!?!) and it is logical that so many guests cannot fit in one car. Our other car was parked in the yard, where a jerky Polish guy with an eagle nose was teasing us, pulling out a chain! But this is not the hotel's fault, only partially!

The location is perfect , you don't need to move the car at all when traveling inside Zakopane. 400 m from the main street where most of the attractions. lots of restaurants and shops all around (and we even discovered that the local hospital - which we needed - is 500 m from this property). The pentheus apartment is very big and spacious, the elevator take you from the underground car parking to the door. the apartment is clean, all beds are comfortable, we asked and receive extra bed sheets and towels. you have good wifi in all the rooms and lots of electrical spots for all your equipment and even a bonus attic playground when coming with little children ,very nice place indeed

It was a bit problematic to receive the keys at the day of arrival, and the underground car park and its entrance road is very small for a 7 seats car as we had (we scratched the car doors twice when want to go out from the car park). The place lacks character, the design is very correct and uninviting (monotonous color in the flooring, walls and furniture without pictures or paintings on the walls)
