Apartamenty Centrum Zakopane

The apartment was comfy, very clean and was an ideal base for my son and I. Our hosts were excellent and very kind and considerate people. Unfortunately on the second last day of our holiday I got sick and needed to call the paremics. The owner of the apartment did this on my behalf and also took care of my 10 year old son while I was receiving treatment from the paramedics. I am eternally grateful to these lovely people and I highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything was great,there are very nice and helpful owners, we liked the location, it's close to the Biedronka, Lidl, parks, the aquapark is in the walking distance. Even though it's in the centre of Zakopané, you can often see a deer just next to the accommodation.

The apartment was spotless on arrival. Paul the host arranged our airport transfer that was flawless. We were in Zakopane 90 minutes after landing in Krakow. The apartment is big and has good facilities and offers privacy for both adults and kids as separate rooms. Shower pressure great and always hot water. Location is great 5 minute walk to the middle of krupowki Street. Zapka next door open 6 til 11. Little breadshop just outside courtyard too. Very safe as gated requiring key entry. We would return as the apartment offered great value for money in comparison to others we have stayed in previously. Paul the owner is very helpful and his English was brilliant. It was lovely having a little reception just in case we needed anything.

Beds matresses are hard but its personal preference. A toaster would be a great addition to the kitchen facilities but not advertised so not a complaint. Some cooking utensils would be good too.

Location was good. Check in/out was easy. Very friendly host.

Parking was 500 yards away, to access the parking was via a very busy road/intersection which took 10+ mins to drive to. The original pictures shown of the accommodation on booking.com were of different apartments and NOT indicative of the actual accommodation we stayed in. The apartment was dated unlike the nice pictures that let us to book it in the first place. It was located above commercial premises/shops and on a busy main road.
