USWe loved Maureen, she was so friendly and made us feel more comfortable and at home during our stay. She also helped us up to the room, and helped access the key to the apartment which was a great help because we were a bit confused on which apartment we were staying in when we first arrived. We even met the first floor neighbor, he was a very nice older gentleman, he said hello and greeted us very friendly and sparked up some small talk when we arrived. He even came out when he saw us leaving to say goodbye and wished us safe travels.
The description on the listing doesnât have a unit or apartment number, so if Maureen wasnât there in person I donât think we wouldâve figured out the right unit for awhile. Also, the pictures on the listing could be clearer, maybe from wider angles, because the apartment was much nicer in person than in the pictures.

Complicated to get into lock box for key but able quickly to get help. Easy once understood.

I didnât like the fact that when we got there the air conditioner was not on and it was very hot there so we had to turn it on and leave to get something to eat and let the place cool down. The place needed spider webs knocked down, replace blinds became they are bent. Stove dirty. We booked for 3 of us and my sister slept on the fold out couch and they left no sheets for her and only left us 2 sets of towels. Thank goodness we brought our own. It was not a very pleasant experience for us.

USNeeds maintenance on most items except appliances. Furniture and bed are uncomfortable. TV is small and streaming only. A/C is very noisy.

USI liked everything đ I even made a new friend named Ron a very sweet man who lives there. I plan on staying again when I visit clearlake . I most definitely will recommend this place to friends and family.
The only thing I didn't like was having to check out and go back home I really enjoyed my stay . It was so quiet and peaceful.
