Nice location

I really liked the size of the property - it’s a perfect one-bedroom flat for a solo traveller or even a couple. The space felt airy and full of natural light, with one large balcony and two smaller ones. At the same time, it offered a nice balance of light and shade, as it’s tucked into a corner, which made it very comfortable, especially on warmer days. The flat was very well equipped, with plenty of towels, extra blankets for colder nights, cleaning products, and a generous supply of toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There’s also a 24/7 doorman who was very friendly - always saying hello and making an effort to connect despite limited English, which added a really welcoming feel. The hosts were excellent: very hands-on and communicative from the start, and they showed up almost immediately when I arrived at the building. The property felt very safe, with kind and quiet neighbours, and it’s in a great location - just a short walk to the beach and many local attractions.

Overall, the flat was clean and would likely meet most people’s standards. However, I’m quite particular when it comes to cleanliness, as it really affects my comfort. There were a few areas that could use more attention - such as dust under the bed and inside wardrobes and cupboards, some mould patches in the shower that could be treated, and air vents that would benefit from a wipe. These are relatively small details, but for me they make a difference. If those areas were addressed, it would easily be a solid 10. One last thing to note is the view - it’s not a property you book for breathtaking views from the windows. However, this is more than made up for by the location. Within just a 2–3 minute walk, you’re greeted with stunning ocean views, volcanoes, and surrounding mountains, and it’s only a few minutes more to reach the harbour and the local beach.

Had everything you needed. Location was great for walking to beach and town (bars/restaurants/shops/supermarkets)

Very minor point, the balcony only got the sun for an hour or two in the morning.

The location was great and easy for parking

The hot water in the shower didn’t last for more than one shower. The water pressure wasn’t good it took me too long to wash my hair.

La buena localización para aparcar, junto a cafeterías y supermercados . La urbanización con piscina y zona de hamacas muy cuidada y tranquila. También nos alegró tener la nevera encendida con agua y unas cervezas frías .
