This rental worked out well for my short-stay in Boston. Location is on residential street steps away from the T stop and short walk to Coolidge Corner. The one room and bath were clean and fixtures/furnishings appeared to be new. Two drawbacks were lack of sound-proofing in building and not having a more comfortable choice for a small chair and table.

Nice location in a quiet street, close to public transportation and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Everything is done online, so there is no manager in the building, but someone was reachable via chat for support.

There is a small glass table in the room that is very wobbly and not comfortable to use. There were a few discrepancies between the information on Booking.com and the follow up information from the host (e.g. maximum occupancy, deposit, damage fee).
