Never engaged with staff. Clean. Easy check and out. Expensive for what’s provided. A box of tissues would have been a good touch. An extra charge for cleaning/new towels is ridiculous.

"Spacious studio apartment perfectly located."

Spacious, comfortable, great shower, good bed, great location. Very well connected by Green Line to center. Pleasant neighborhood.

Few amenities. No soap. No shower gel. No extra coffee filters. No sharp cutting knife or board. No corkscrew / bottle opener. No ice cubes. I only discovered the instructions for TV and AC use thru the check-out instructions. Little details and easy to remedy, for it to be a truly great place to stay.

"Not stylish but Spartan"

Location

Furniture ok for 1 but not comfortable for a couple. Only 1 plastic chair provided so no comfortable seating in unit. TV was iffy. Sometines worked, sonetimes not. Bed was ok; cheap hotel style. Tiny towels, sink had slow drain.

Good location. Easy to find. Many nearby shops and restaurants. Cozy with good environment. Public transport accessible.

Elevator was very bad smell. I don't know why
