Host was very helpful. The place matched our expectations. I would recommend the place.

Fabrizzio, the owner of the apartment, is a really nice guy and he provided lots of information about the accomodation, like how to enter the building, where we can find the key, parking area, restaurants and points of interest in the area. Also, he sent us some useful videos about all we needed to know, which I really appreciate.

On the other hand, the house was dirtier than we expected. Even if he told us the cleaning lady had been doing cleaning there before we arrived, the apartment was not clean at all. We needed to wash the bathroom and the kitchen to be able to use it. The cleaning was our only problem with the accomodation and I think that if Fabrizzio will have some improvements about this topic, his score on Booking will rise.

Apartment was very big, spacious and comfortable. Located on a calm guarded neighbourhood.

Block in which apartment was located was under renovation - it was very noisy from 7-8 am till 7pm and the renovation workers were often on our balcony which was really uncomfortable.

Host is very kind person. He responded quickly and helped whenever needed.

rested for several days. I really liked it! lived like at home! everything is in the kitchen and bathroom. quiet and cozy. Free parking nearby and no need to book! If we manage to come to Italy again, we will definitely come back here!

Great location. Close to the metro station and very comfortable parking place near by. The communication with the host was very easy and his accommodation advices were great!

Very good apartment, accommodated my whole family well. Quiet and beautiful place, easy access to public transport by bus or metro. Fabrizio was very attentive to us throughout our stay. I recommend!

The check-in is organized perfectly. The owner of the apartment threw a video with a full and detailed description. We took the keys from the mini safe on the apartment door. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, we had an extra bed at our request, it creaked a bit, but everything was fully in line with our expectations. The owner is very friendly, always answered questions and solved all our problems.

We were making ourselves a meal and found that there were no large knives in the kitchen, you can add knives to the kitchen.
