the apartment is very hot. The mattress is old and there are bugs crawling on it. The pillowcases and pillowcases are old. Not comfortable. My colleague has a rash because of this. We were waiting for us to leave these apartments.

Sorry, long review! No windows screen, and I got bitten by mosquitoes and I think some tipe of bedbugs, fleas or spiders. My right side, (including cheek and forehead) is covered with big red dots. I mostly sleep on this side, so I have those everywhere I touched the mattress. Bed linen were so worn out, I had to borrow from friends pillow cases. Towels dirty and old, got from Rin Hotels. I bought my own new towels. Pots are very old and I found one with oil and left-over food on it. Disgusting! Dishes and cutlery mixed match and dirty. Cups with dry coffee drops on it . Got my own new cups. Toilet doesn’t flush unless you pull a string with a strange stick. The room has very minimal furniture, one double bed, 3 chairs, one low table and one armoire. No pictures or any decorations to make the room inviting. The closeup balcony had a bench covered with a dirty cloth. I had to cover it up with a blanket to be able to use it . The shower has black mold between tiles, on the floor. The apartment has potential if would be properly cleaned, equipped and furnished. Very disappointing and I don’t recommend it unless they make major changes. The owner used a very strong cleaning product, smelling strong like bleach. I couldn’t air out. I think he just spreads it on the floor to give a “clean” smell, but everything was dirty . Strange way to clean.

The location was really good, near the metro station, which takes you wherever you want. The owner was really nice and was really kind.

At night there was no hot water and the washbasin leaks a little bit.

Was close to the metro so made it easy to get to city centre and other places.

The apartment looks like it didn’t have a penny invested in it since it was brought up for rental/booking. It is worn at this point, bedding, towels needing replacement, and other maintenance bits.

The apartment is well maintained and very comfortable. Everything you might need (except food) has already been prepared here. And the best thing about the apartment is the huge number of sockets and extension cords. This is something that is usually lacking even in 5 star hotels). I highly recommend this apartment.

The location is great. the M station is super close, lots of things and shopping center at walking distance Despite it all the owner is very nice and responsive we just wished we would have gotten a better unit or better bed

The bed is very uncomfortable specially for a 3 week stay by day 2 we had a lot of back pain, the place is not like most of the pictures. Maybe the other units are a little more renovated ours was not, when we got there the kitchen stove was not very clean and the hot water is hard to get I understand there is not much the owner can do but on the last two days we did not have hot water at all that by the last night (after two days) we had to cancel the last night and go into a hotel so we could shower before traveling, no hot water during winter it’s hard It had a bathtub but no plug to use it so we had to go and buy one. Little cockroaches would come to the bathroom at night the heater next to the kitchen was so dirty and grease we couldn’t even touch it The oven of the kitchen was super super dirty and we are big coffee drinkers there is no kettle to boiled water
