Schön renoviert, sauber, alles funktioniert sehr gut. Bäder und kleine Küche sind neu renoviert. Kaffe und Wasser sind vorhanden. Der ca 100 Jahre alte Aufzug funktioniert tatsächlich noch. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet und dekoriert und die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Der Aufzug blockiert wenn die alten Holzklapptüren nicht richtig geschlossen sind. Ansonsten ist er voll funktionsfähig und auch nötig da sich die Wohnung im 5. Stock eines alten Jugendstilhauses befindet

L'appartamento è molto bello e curato nei dettagli. Ha 4 camere indipendenti e due bagni, oltre a un disimpegno che funge da salottino e un angolo cottura dotato di caffè e acqua. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Nota di merito: hanno trovato un portafoglio quando siamo andati via e ci hanno chiamato per avvisarci e quindi recuperarlo (onestissimi!!).
