Our rental experience was successful. Friendly and helpful owner of the apartment. Well-thought-out and convenient check-in system. Spacious and clean room. Not a big kitchen with everything you need. Also a very good location. 1.5 km to the beautiful Titan Park. Less than 1 km to the shopping center. 800 meters to the excellent Italian restaurant Perenna Cafe 🤌 Well, in general, the area was not bad. Thank you very much. Recommend it to everyone.

> A bit far from the center. But you can take tram 36, go to the Costian Gergian metro station, and easily get to the center in 20-25 minutes. >The ventilation system was a bit weird. 🙃 >Also recommend replacing feather pillows.
