Location is perfect, clean and comfortable apartment!

It was not easy to find the adress! We would love to have a coffee machine in the apartment!

Very clean, lots of space.

There was a fan there but it didn’t work.

Location and cleanliness 10/10 Apartment has modern and nice furniture 👌🏻 Owner was kind, even though check in was little late, he offered for check-out to be later than usual.

We didn't like that in apartment with kitchen owner didn't leave some basic things, such as salt, sugar, oil, spices, even detergent and sponge for washing dishes 😨 not to speak about other things... Someone who is coming for 4 days for sure will not buy all of that things, in that way kitchen is absolutely useless. In bathroom also we found the cheapest shower gel that exists, shampoo they didn't leave. If they invest to fix that things apartment will be perfect and guests will have much better impression.

No air conditioning to hot at night to loud to have windows open and the neighbour who lives there is clearly not happy with the property being rented out the handle on the front door doesn't bend so when you close the door it bangs no matter how hard u try to make it quiet and the neighbour comes out and shouts at you Ford slamming door.

Apartment is in a apartment block that has mostly residents living there. All seemed friendly. Outside was a bit dark at night, but not far from a lit side street, so felt absolutely fine no matter what time of day or night. Kitchen pretty well fitted with good size fridge, microwave, induction hob and oven (although we couldn't get it powered up during our few days) TV was a cool curved one and had smart apps, etc and was all hooked up to the wifi. The wifi in the apartment is supplied by mobile broadband I believe. It generally worked very well, with only the odd slowdown or glitch for a few seconds very occasionally with a couple of mobiles using it and the tv streaming in good quality. Nice sofa with an extended chaise long style on one end to allow comfortable relaxation for as long as you want. Windows on to a street and other buildings was nice enough and windows opened plenty to help keep place not too hot. Bathroom has a washing machine too and there are some hanging poles outside some of the windows to dry things easily. Shower was decent, with a sensor for triggering a pump to make it work well. I checked and am quite electronically minded and sensor was purely a movement sensor, not something more sinister. It was needed as otherwise water pressure would not be enough to run the good shower. Everything was clean and nice clean towels and other basics all supplied in apartment all made for a relaxing time from the moment we arrived. The location was really really good in relation to being a couple of minutes walk to bars, restaurants, shops, beaches with lots of activities, like paddleboarding, windsurfing, jet skiing, powered boarding and even easy walk to ferries to go to other islands and Lanzarote. Prices locally all pretty good and cheaper than the UK in most places.

It is on the 3rd floor with only stairs to get up and down. So can be a little tiring or a bigger issue for anyone with limited mobility. Bed was a little hard, but decent width. Biggest issue we had was the oven wouldn't turn on at all. No lights, or power to it. Host unable to get electrician round during our few days. However induction hob and microwave worked fine, so could be worked around).

the location is great right by the shops and bars and only a short walk from the ferry. the apartment is just as it looks on the photo's and is well equipped with everything you would need. we would definitely stay again.

we were OK but it is not an apartment for anyone with mobility issues as its on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.
