A truly dreadful experience — avoid this apartment at all costs. Our stay here was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. Upon arrival, we found the apartment absolutely freezing — the windows were wide open, and the heating was not functioning, despite the outside temperature being around 5°C. There were no basic essentials such as a kettle, shampoo, or shower gel, although all of these were clearly listed in the property description, together with even a coffee machine. When we contacted the host, he told us that shower gel was not included and assured us that he would come the following morning to turn on the heating and bring a kettle. We repeatedly asked him to explain how to operate the heating ourselves, but he refused, insisting it was impossible and promising again that he would come in the morning. Consequently, we were forced to spend the entire night in an unheated, freezing apartment. The next day, the host once again promised to come — yet he never appeared. Later, he messaged us saying that, in fact, we could have turned on the heating ourselves all along. We had spent all that time in the cold for no reason. Only after contacting property owner Ramona via WhatsApp, late that night, were we finally able to get the heating working — nearly 24 hours after our arrival. To be honest Ramona was polite and really unlike host tried to help us. To make matters even worse, we discovered large centipedes crawling out at night. This was not only disturbing but completely unacceptable for any accommodation that claims to meet even minimal standards of cleanliness and safety. Despite repeated assurances, the host never provided a kettle or any of the missing amenities. His communication throughout was unprofessional, dismissive, and at times outright rude. When we asked why he had failed to come, he simply told us to contact Booking.com for a refund — fully aware that our reservation was non-refundable.

It's quite a nice place to stay: it's clean, there's a lot of space for 2 people, it's cozy and it's right in the city centre but it's relatively quite.

Though I would wish there were more dishes, the good knife to cut a delicious romatian cheese and the corksrew

There was no air con, and there was a heat wave. If we kept the windows open, it was very noisy because it was close to bars and restaurants which stayed open til 3am. Microwave and kettle only. The only sink was in the toilet, and it was tiny. We needed a cup to fill the kettle.

Exceptional choice, close to the city center and to metro station - Piața Unirii. Very quiet, both the building and the neighborhood. A greek taverna by the corner. The residence offers what you need for a short stay in Bucharest. Finally, the owner is very helpful and easy to contact with imminent reaction. I would choose it again.

The entrance of the residence needs renovation,but that has nothing to do with one's stay in the residence.
