Hello. I would like to clarify this situation because it seems extremely strange and illogical. One day before my check-in, you informed me that the accommodation would not be available due to a problem on your side. Therefore, I physically had no possibility to check in at the agreed time. Now, a day later, you are saying that I “did not arrive” and that I may receive some kind of fine. I do not understand on what basis this is possible, considering that the issue with the check-in came from the property owner’s side. From my side, I did not cancel at the last moment, did not ignore the reservation, and I was fully prepared to check in as agreed. Moreover, I still have the entire conversation where it is clearly stated that the accommodation became unavailable not because of me. Please explain the situation properly and clarify: — why I could possibly face a penalty; — on what grounds the responsibility is being shifted onto me; — and how exactly I was supposed to check in if I had already been informed in advance that it was impossible. I hope this issue can be resolved reasonably and without any unfair claims against me.
