Laroka House Cosy Studio Universitate

The apartment is really nice, modern and very clean. It's a good size for 2 people and it has a very convenient location. It was warm inside. The host communication was really good.

The bed was very firm. We also struggled to unlock the door the first time but the host answered our call right away with some advice. Might be a good note to share with the lock box instructions.

Excellent location, not far from the city center, and close to a main avenue and subway station. The house is cozy and comfortable, everything was clean, enough for a quick visit like ours. The communication with the owner was quick and great any moment.

A comfortable and cozy small apartment in a quiet place yet close to the main street and just few minutes walk to the old town. There are nice coffee places and a good bakery near by which was wonderful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Definitely a good good worth for the price.

This property was central for all transport needs, it was clean and tidy. Our host was exceptionally friendly and very helpful and was very quick in replying to our questions.

The Laroka House is an exceptional value in central Bucharest. Location is very close to historic old town, easily walkable. We chose it because we can walk to Avis in 2 minutes. Remarkably soundproof when windows are closed. There is a nice bakery and also a good coffee shop with a patisserie nearby for fresh breads and coffee in the morning. Can't comment about the parking as we picked up the car and drove out for our journey, but street parking can be challenging. The apartment is small but cosy, very well stocked, can even cook simple meals but kitchen is very tight. Bathroom is small and shower is very restrictive. Wonderful restaurants in Old Town but walkable. Host is very receptive. She even helped me over the phone deal with a crooked taxi driver who charged us 360 lei from airport to her place (prebook your transport from airport and avoid the taxis there). A wonderful place to stay.

Not much can be changed but shower is tight, but I still stay there because it is a great value.

Friendly host and good location.

The place was pretty much rundown, yet everything was still functional. We were expecting the apartment to be a bit more modern. The bed was not really comfortable. Wifi connection was not stable, it was constantly disconnecting from our devices.
