+ lokalizacja jest świetna, wychodzi się od razu na rynek + dużo knajp i sklepów w okolicy + przestrzeń + dobry internet + klucze w skrzynce więc bez problemu z późnym przyjazdem

Czystość w bloku, codziennie znajdowałam na podłodze jakiegoś nowego robaka, ostatniego dnia jak zobaczyłam ile ich jest na klatce na parterze to cieszyłam się, że nie widziałam tego pierwszego dnia 😕 to jedyny minus, ale niestety spory

I had requested a more than month in advance that we would be arriving at 6 am and asked if we could check in by noon. I received confirmation of this arrangement. There were cockroaches in the drawers and on the floor. I've been to many places with fauna around the world and I'm not worried, but when they make you wait many hours to get into the apartment so they can clean it - it's a litltle bit ridiculous.:)

Ho prenotato due notti il giorno stesso dell’arrivo. la struttura era sporca, con scarafaggi morti sotto il letto e polvere e capelli. Dopo aver contattato il proprietario il giorno dopo sono venute le pulizie e la situazione un po’ è migliorata. Rimane comunque un monolocale poco curato, con rifiniture e tutto il contesto (condominio fatiscente con rifiuti e blatte ai pianerottoli) da migliorare.
