PENTHOUSE COMPLEX 5 Apartments

The house was exactly as you will see in the photos, simply wonderful. We also had a great welcome from the property manager, who was very hospitable and very helpful with anything we needed.

Amazing view, very nice apartment and big Kitchen was great and big. Love it!

Doar poziția fata de centru a fost ok , in rest nimic

Apartamentul este foarte urâțel, nu are nici un produs de igiena , nici măcar hârtie igienica , nu funcționează nici un TV, aerul condiționat poziționat intr-o singura cameră..pus aiurea bătea in pardoseala , accesul greoi , baia ciudata , alunecai in ia dacă nu erai atent si nu a fost Penthouse..e defapt o garsonieră modificată aiurea ,amenajata cu mult prost gust pentru banii plătiți, nu recomand

Priveliștea

Au un boiler foarte mic , nu ajunge decat pentru maxim un duș, in bucătărie era pânză de păianjeni și igrasie , jacuzzi ul este foarte mic și nici nu aveau apă caldă pentru el… Am plătit și 500 de lei pentru jacuzzi degeaba…

Loved the location and loved the view from the Terrace with views to the Parliament building and Piąta Unirii. The air-conditioning was a life saver in this blistering heat. I liked the easy and secure access to the facility.

The WiFi wasn't working, with the hub and tv in the living space. I ended up using 2GB over three days of my own data, which is usually a months usage for me. I was told to connect to the other apartment 27, but the signal was weak. I was told it would be sorted, but nobody arrived to look at it. The terrace furniture was not clean, with bird droppings on the fabric and dirty table. The cleaner arrived before checkout time when I was in the shower. The Neflix on the TV was in a language I could not find to convert to English, and with no WiFi, I could not use it. I was sold an upgrade for £86 for the hot tub room. However, the hot tub was dirty and not operational. When I enquired, I was told it would be an extra £100, and would need someone to come over to clean it. I felt this was a bit mi-sold to upgrade to hot tub room but hot tub not udable.
