Bucharest Penthouse with Sauna and Terrace

Very beautiful apartment, good for a group, sauna worked nicely, all you need for cooking is there, laundry is convenient, the balcony is amazing, communication with the host was very fast-helped with every question you have very quickly, self check-in was smooth and easy. Location is in a very quiet neighborhood, cannot say about convenience because we used the taxi all the time. Hot water at all times. Overall enjoyed the stay very much.

The projector didn't work. Mattress was just ok, whoever has back pain it's not for them. There's some work going on in the neighborhood for the pipes, so coming back in the evening it smelled like a sewer so be sure to leave the bathroom door closed (in the morning it was fine). The shower pressure is not strong in both bathrooms but especially on the second floor (couldn't shower there) and is not made for tall people, very low ceiling. Elevator very slow and small, only for 2 average people. (4th floor)

The property had everything we needed

One shower only had cold water. The water to the upstairs bathroom kept being cut off. Bad smell of plumbing/ drains

Loved the terrace, it's beautiful and likely why everyone wants to stay here! The kitchen was perfect, had everything you need for a stay. The location was nice with places to walk to easily and street parking is easy to find.

The first floor shower wasn't operating right. The projector screen couldn't roll down for us. There's a picture of seemingly an outdoor shower head on the terrace (which would've been awesome) but that's since been removed it appears. The downstairs bed is also a bit rough to sleep on (opinion based ofc, upstairs was wonderful).

Great apartment! Wonderful location (though be wary of the strict rules about social and quiet hours) and communicative hosts who answered any questions almost immediately! Multiple air conditioners which made the stay very comfortable alongside a great selection of toiletries if you do forget.

The projector wasn't working thanks to previous guests which should have been communicated (only because we had planned a movie night thanks to seeing a photo but the TV in the living room is a smart one if you wished to stream anything). The sofa bed is actually the most comfortable bed as the others need a new matress topper or additional support. Severe ant problem which was manageable but a nuisance.
