Relax Apartament in Piata Universitatii

Super clean, really spacious, and close to everything – loved it! 😍

Everything is perfect.

the location is good. the apartment was neat and clean. beds were comfortable.

I would appreciate if blanket was placed in cupboard for 3rd person if in case required, extra pillows were provided

Property was overall looking good and it had functional AC

The floor in the bathroom was not clean, there were issues with the toilet watter, found a pot full of oil, there were traces of mold, also had a specific smell as somebody smoked heavily inside the apartment, generally I would not chose it again due to the lack of cleanliness and the seml traces of mold

apartment advertised for 6 people , but not enough cups and utensils, not enough towels but host rectified this after a phone call, the apartment needs some tender loving care, as broken mirror in bathroom, hole in bedroom door,they need to keep up with the up-keep of the property.

Location was brilliant.

The apartment is not suitable to be rented. A lot of things were broken or not working ie- broken full length mirror left on the floor, fridge door broken off and left on the floor, toilet flush broken, mould on the kitchen walls, broken screen door on balcony, render on balcony wall loose and ready to fall, large stain on the sofa, bedroom door had a punch hole in it and the list could continue. Toilet takes about 20 min to refill and the bathroom is extremely dusty - extractor fan and top of tiles. To add to it, the kitchen was full of ants. All of these have been brought up to the host's attention on the first day of the trip but NOTHING was fixed for the week we were there. Due to the safety concerns I don't think the apartment should be let until minimum safety standards are met.

Very good location near old town Bucharest. Good size apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities.

There were a few noticeably broken items in the apartment: armrest on couch, faucet in kitchen sink. Our last night, the pipe in the bathroom burst. The owner never came, he sent a plumber who fixed the pipe but left a mess. Which I was left to clean late at night.
