TV malfunction. I whatsapp the customer service/agent on sunday morning only to be reply back in the evening. I whatsapp 4 numbers all of them didnt reply till 5pm. Technician came after that and told the screen has problem and nothing can do. The fridge also malfunction. Not cold at all. Hope that the property check first before letting people to stay because I expect the house has functional TV and fridge. There is no use pay so much for a house that doesnt provide with basic neccessities. The washing machine also leaking grateful it still function properly but if you dont repair, will be like the TV and fridge also. Toilet is smelly. Please put some fragrance. No netflix.

The location, design of the house, facilities and afordable price

The sofa cover is not clean.

The floor was dirty, the bed sheet has a lot of stains. It’s very smelly in the toilet, the toilet paper was dried after being soaked when we arrived. The sofa is has a lot of stains and it was dirty too. You need to use 2 different lifts to get to your unit from the parking spot. There’s no direct lift to your unit.
