I have booked and paid for this accommodation on October 30 2025 for a stay from 3rd - 8 November 2025 but the owner said I did not pay and asked me to pay with higher amount if I want to stay at this property. They refused to let me stay and I already made a complaint to Booking.com for a full refund

It offers the whole apartment with a kitchen as well. It's convenient to cook and relax at home style comfort.

Mattress was most uncomfortable spring one with multiple damaged springs and bulge in middle. I had backache due to it. Checkin system is not convenient as it's an apartment and not a hotel. Check in after midnight is very difficult and also you'll have to pay extra fee. My flight was delayed and had to deal with it. Location is also quite far from KL downtown, so if you're planning to explore KL, it's very bad location, no metro nearby as well. All in all, I would not recommend.
