Cozy Studio unit - Cyberjaya - WiFi - Free parking

Great unit

Very poor customer service. No clear instructions for check-in, no unit number given, i was denied entry by security as i have no information on the unit number. Called admin for quite a number of times, not responding. Only respond after numerous calls were made. Fyi, i called before 10pm. Worst check-out experience, i was stuck in the parking lot for almost 2 hours. It was mentioned customer service operation hours is 8am - 12 pm. I called, i msg numerous times since 7.45am, a guy came to help at around 9.45am.

Overall the stay was good. It would be more convenient if there were mirrors in the room and living area, as the only mirror was inside the bathroom which made it a bit difficult to get ready.

I liked that my door couldn't lock & had a cockroach as a shared tenant. The wi-fi being terrible was a good bonus. Btw I have receipts for everything, if only booking.com could allow me to upload videos.

Long list. Honestly, everything was just exhausting to stay in. Wish the management did better like idk, communicate?

Kawasan privacy, mudah check in.
