Creag Mhor Self Catering Holiday Apartment

The autonomy we were afforded indicates a level of trust. Plenty of room and comfortable furniture.

The central heating was set too high for us, but I was able to turn the control down so no big issue.

The place was warm and cosy. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. It was a well equipped kitchen. The hosts were very responsive.

Location was where we wanted to be. The property itself looks like a ex-council house, but inside it is immaculate.

The weather. But that's what you expect.

Communication from the owners was excellent, always a prompt reply and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Car parking couldn't be easier with its own residents' car park, and there's even a free car park right opposite the apartment if needed.

Nothing all was great

The place was really nice, comfortable, clean and well located, nearby amenities and touristic attractions. The hosts were really accommodating and the apartment was really comfortable, It had everything we needed, and was really well equipped. We cooked a couple of days, and used the facilities there without any issue. Good to have some oil, salt, pepper, etc, which meant we did not need to buy those. Also had coffee, tea, sugar, etc for breakfast which with some milk and hot/freshly cooked pastries from the local co-op supermarket, made for a great start of the day. If you fancy going out, there are also coffee shops and restaurant/pubs nearby, so lots of options. The tourist office is just opposite the apartment, and you can access lots of touristic places within 1 hour drive from that site. There is also a private car park at the back, so no issue with parking spaces.

If anything, the apartment is in a small block of apartments, which does not appear great on first instance, but that does not defer from all the greatness of the apartment inside.

Everything was fabulous. Great location to explore The Trossachs. Super comfortable beds, wonderful living room and kitchen. Beautifully furnished with gorgeous decor. It really is a beautiful space to relax after a busy day hiking and sightseeing. Super hosts who were responsive and thoughtful and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely stay here again.

Comfort and style would be the best way to describe this. Amenities are amazing, everything you need. All details are well thought out and it's very cozy.
