"The room was good but the check in procedure was horrible"

The instruction was poor and confusing.

If I already booked the apartment, the room should have been assigned to us rather than it needed us to call the host. The guide and instruction was provided by another whatsapp number which I tried more than half hour to understand and to obtain the room.

I stayed for a month during business travel. The Host Dleina was very warm to welcome and has always been available for any issues or questions. A plumbing issue of mine was solved in less than 30 mins and that was great. Would highly recommend them.
