Getaway Residence at Cyberjaya

Nice environment and very relaxing.

The unit we selected was conveniently connected to the shopping mall that has a wide selection of restaurants and retail shops with the added bonus being the cinema and the adjoining arcade/rides. Apartment was well kept with reasonable cleanliness and had all essential appliances. Netflix streaming was a godsend as the mall closed at 10pm.  Loved the amazing night view by the balcony. Host was genuinely courteous and patiently assisted us during the check in (the guideline was very detailed but needed some help as there were multiple carpark entry points). His recommendations for well rated eateries was particularly chef’s kiss since some restaurants were nearby and within walking distance. The reserved/free parking helped us avoid any exorbitant overnight parking charges or run the risk of car being towed if parked outside. Two thumbs up for the overall delightful experience.

The connecting door to the mall closes at 10pm so it was quite the walk to return to the apartment.

Title: Disappointing Experience Due to Cleanliness Issues I recently stayed at this homestay and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. Despite having requested a thorough cleaning prior to my arrival, I found the property to be extremely unclean. The floors were dirty, and the bathroom was not up to standard, which made my stay uncomfortable. Given the condition of the space, I feel that the price I paid was not justified. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of any accommodation, and in this case, it was lacking. I would not recommend this homestay unless significant improvements are made in terms of cleanliness.

The host was super co operative. Mr Effendy.

Maybe a bit to improve on the toilet cleanliness and the aircond. The house would be more presentable and convenient if there is complimentary coffee, sugar for the guest. The rest was all okay with the stay and the house. All was pleasant
