Bedroom window would not stay open. Inadequate instructions for how things worked - for a keyholder to say 'I'll be around' is really not good enough.

I could not go due to train strike. Despite this being out of my hands, not met with any sympathy from owners. Difficult to get any response out of them and Booking.Com.

Clean and Tidy. Secure building. Close to the city centre - 10 minute walk.

No free parking in the building or street. Had to use local car park

Great central position for all amenities. Apartment had everything you would need and it was spotless on our arrival. Very comfortable and it felt like home from home.

"Just what we needed! Walking distance to all locations and enough space for us to all be in there."

The pictures do not do the property justice it is much bigger than it appears in the photos. The location was excellent. We wanted to arrive slightly earlier and then got lost and the host was happy to wait and was extremely patient. Thank you.
