Fantastic view of the river Dart

We have stayed in the apartment below before and we love the location. To sit in the lounge or front bedroom and look out over the river is a really lovely experience. The apartment is simple but does the job. We do have some feedback for the owner below.

The french doors do not lock so they need replacing. Whilst we were on the 2nd floor you may think this doesn't matter but the property is simply not secure. Had anyone gained access and stolen anything the owner would be liable. Secondly the shower is pathetic. This needs to be upgraded right away. It is simply not good enough for grown adults to enjoy a decent shower. Also in the bathroom the toilet brush was disgusting. These need replacing weekly id say with cheap disposable ones. On first use I had to empty it down the toilet as water had built up and was full of brown stuff. This had clearly not even been looked at by the cleaner. Lastly my wife has said there is a lack of mirrors with just one in the bathroom. No problem for me but frustrating for her when getting ready to go out for dinner.

Toilet brush in the bathroom was discustingly dirty, if that was on four in a bed it would be never stay again please replace as soon as possible, they are £1 in asda affordable to replace weekly surely

Parked up, lovely walk into Dartmouth, collected the free parking notice and popped back up to the car. Straight forward and really convenient. Cracking views, comfy ‘home from home’ apartment. We will be back.

This has nothing to do with the owners of the apartment but maybe something they can do? The Seahorse restaurant next door - the customers spill out onto the side street drinking, music on quite loud, live music till midnight, which is fine, but then every morning between 0545 - 0600 am the Co-Op have lorry deliveries right outside. How this has been agreed with the local council I don’t know. Perhaps an agreement whereby 0700 deliveries? Then at least guests can get more than 5-5.5 hrs sleep. We were shattered for the weekend but we still enjoyed the apartment because it was cosy and the views are spectacular.

A very nice water front apartment with a amazing view over the estuary , the apartment was clean and spacious with all the equipment you need. The parking was included with the apartment which was a bonus.

Excellent location and views.

Apartment just needed a bit of updating otherwise great!
