Apartamento bem localizado

Very comfortable apartment, very well equipped, great location, lovely and clean too.

I arranged an earlier check in with Rita due to early morning flight. Was later arriving than hoped for due to immigration queues but a quick phone call and was sorted a few minutes later. Rita gave a good breakdown of the location with points of interest so was able to find my way quickly rather than being lost and wandering aimlessly. Area felt secure and was quiet despite being close to the strip. Two balconies/verandas that had the sun morning and into late afternoon and road was quiet enough. The apartment had all I needed for my week stay. Road isnt that noisy outside and using one of Rita's tips I quickly found the shortcut to pubs (2), bakery and supermarket all of which were a very short walk away. Places I frequented - Fat Cats had really good food and service and covered the sport well, Angelu's had entertainment on often and was the last stop before heading back to apartment, the bakery was brilliant with quality coffee and pastries. There were two supermarkets for everything else within minutes walk

Apartment could do with a bit TLC and refresh of furniture maybe with a few extra furnishings to soften and deaden noise. For me on my own it was good but for couples or families I am not sure it is the place for you and as others commented the uncomfortable sofa as an adult bed would be a reason to complain and would agree with that plus the kitchen could do with a makeover (I didnt cook but it did have lots of kitchenware/pots/utensils if you wanted to make use of these) With all places that have tiles you could hear noises from all over the building - though I maybe made some noise also! As it is an apartment being used for holiday let it wasnt well signposted so was a bit worried I was dumped in the middle of nowhere by airport transfer but was soon put at ease and then liked the area.

Rita was a lovely host and worked around our check -in and check-out timings. The location was perfect and well situated to the new town and old town, with both being walkable or cheap taxis.

Very spacious apartment, 2 balconies, there is all necessary equipment. to the beach 10-15 minutes walk. 10-20 minutes walk to supermarkets. There are cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Nice and accommodating hostess.

no hair dryer, not very comfortable pillows, no air conditioning but there is a fan.

Location perfect. Pool area good.

Apartment need to be upgraded. Missing light in room. Shower head holder broken. Really bad sleeping sofa.
