Reino de Valencia Apartments

We were traveling with 2 small kids (1 and 4) and grandparents so we were looking for a spacious apt for everyone. Good location, close to metro stop and lots of shops in the area. Easy to communicate with the host and thankfully flexible for a later check out. Overall good value for money.

The apt wasn't very clean when we arrived, there was dust in some obvious places (floor, tv stand, kitchen) and in general it felt stuffy. Maybe it wasn't used in a while and we were also traveling off-season in mid-Feb... And the mattresses for the beds were old and/or very basic, not that comfortable.

- komunikace s majitelem - velmi ochotný, komunikativní, vše ihned vyřešeno. Velká ochota pomoci - DĚKUJEME !!!! - lokalita - v centru, všude blízko - apartmán - ideální velikost pro 4-6 lidí - zařízení a dispozice bytu - přístup na kod do domu i do bytu. Člověk se nemusí starat o klíče. - bar s venkovním posazením hned u vchodu do domu - možnost se kdykoli osvěžit a něco malého sníst (a vůbec neruší, zavírá ve 22:00) - to bylo velmi příjemné při návratu z celodenní procházky

- okna ze 2 ložnic do rušné silnice, ale s tím se musí v centru velkého města počítat a nelze brát jako negativum - a ještě úplná drobnost - špatně funkční dálkový ovladač na TV. Ale kdo by se v centru Valencie staral o televizi. Je lepší být venku a užívat si :-)

Lo que más nos gustó del apartamento fue su ubicación. Cerca del barrio de Ruzafa y a 20 minutos andando de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Las camas son cómodas, no en su rango de máxima calidad, pero sí confortables. Ropa de cama y toallas limpias. La cocina con todo tipo de utensilios y menaje, por si tienes la necesidad de preparar algo para comer.

La limpieza fue el gran fallo del apartamento. Aunque todo parecía limpio, tanto la bañera como la ducha no lo estaban. Nos encontramos pelos en ambos desagües. También nos encontramos una cucaracha deambulando entre la cocina y el baño de la entrada, pero entendemos que en Valencia y siendo un primero no es raro encontrarse algo así.

La atención del dueño, la ubicación es maravillosa, hay un parking justo al lado.

The location is excellent. It is easy to contact Alfonso, who is very helpful. The apartment is clean, well equipped, the beds are comfortable. It had everything what we needed. The view of orange trees and palm trees from the balcony is adorable. I recommend it to everyone.
