Valletta Collection - St Pauls Apartment

This is a very big apartment that can easily accommodate two couples. It has two bedrooms,one very big with an ensuite bathroom, and an other one smaller that has a double bed and a wardrobe. We were three so the size of the second bedroom was absolutely perfect. The bedrooms are away from each other, which gives privacy to the residents. There is also an extra bathroom with shower and a separate toilet room. The apartment has three air conditions (one in the large bedroom, one in the kitchen and a last one in the Living room) but since it is built by limestone someone will not use them ,not even during hot days of summer. The location is perfect, just some steps away from all monuments while the central bus station is no more than ten minutes walking There is also a lift in the building that is Very useful since the apartment is in the fourth floor. There is also a big kitchen and a dining table but since we never used them I can not give a lot of details. The kitchen seemed equipped with all the essential for someone who wanted to cook

If you are a light sleeper then you should definitely use earplugs. The small bedroom which is in the front part of the house has noise from the road while the big one has noise from the birds that are in the basement. I thought people were exaggerating when saying that the birds woke them up but I must say they were correct. I didn't mind because we woke up early every morning but keep in mind that a set of earplugs is very useful. I don't blame the owner because it is clear that out of respect to tradition, it is not permitted to change the old windows with new aluminium.And it may be a little inconvenient still it gives a unique atmosphere to the city that everyone should respect. An other small detail is the battery in the shower. I always used the bathtub, which is excellent, but my husband informed me that it was old and broken and needed replacement. Overral the apartment is a ideal for vacation in Valetta and I will definitely return and suggest it to my friends.

A neighbour keeps birds that tweet on and off throughout the day which is a nice soundtrack.

Very big, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of Valetta. All attractions, restaurants and bars are at 1-2-3 minutes walking distance. The host is very kind and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment is superb, very large and very original with its old stone walls, very clean and well equipped. Located right in the center of Valetta, everything is easily accessible on foot. There are small shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, relatively well equipped, and had unique character. The location was perfect, and the logistics of obtaining the keys, accessing the apartment, and communication with the owner were great. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hallway between the elevator and the apartment door has construction materials in it, making it look as though the apartment is still a work in progress. Also, the bathroom door handle comes off in your hand. So a few very minor things made the apartment just a bit less than perfect.

The property is amazing. It’s huge it has two big bedrooms, two bathrooms and also a bathtub and a shower, the walls are heigh and everything was clean. It has the best location in all of Malta. I vannot say enough nice things about this place. They gave us enough towels and paper, there were also things like sugar, salt and stuff like that. It is very well equipped. The owner was really nice and made it possibile for us to check in earlier than we said since our flight was also early. Very clean, amazing location, very spacious, it has everything you need and the staff is really proffesional.
