Sun Studio Valencia

We loved the location near to placa auymente where you can catch buses easily to the beaches and you are in walking distance to all the main attractions. We loved sitting on the tiny balcony looking down on the street full of restaurants. But in the morning it was all cleared and quiet. Very close to a fantastic market.

The stairs are narrow and it's on the 3rd floor which was not a problem for us but could be for others. We had a problem with the electric at first but the owner Raul fixed it quickly. It was noisy the first night but we shut the window and it was fine.

The central location is super handy to many of Valencia’s sights. The full kitchen and washing machine are a huge plus. There are plenty of clothes storage areas for unpacking.

A couple little touches like some laundry detergent pods and coffee pods would be a huge win. The downside of the location is that it is tourist central. The shower could be cleaner. The staircase is tight so might be a struggle with oversized/heavy luggage.

Complete studio for a citytrip to Valencia recommended for 1/2 persons, in the old city center, close to public transport and restaurants/bars. Studio was in overall very good condition, all the facilities are spot on. Raul was a very polite host and very friendly. Good bed, sofa, airco, kitchen for making some small food if you want. The street has some restaurants where you can have tapas in the evening.

The studio is beautiful, fully equipped, in the center of the old town. The owner is very kind, he explained everything to us and was quick to respond to messages. The bathroom is small, but we had enough clean towels, excellent quality toilet paper, shampoo, liquid soap, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need even for a longer stay. Wi-Fi is great. We didn't miss anything, everything was excellent We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come again

The owner not only met us and explained how things work in the apartment, he texted with us through out our visit. He recommended places to eat, things to do and responded immediately when we needed help resetting a fuse.

Absolutely nothing could be better. The apartment was clean and perfect for our needs. Location was great and bonus that the owner responded to our texts almost immediately. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

Great location to stroll around the city, and walk from the metro of train station. It was easy to check in, host was very helpful. Location and host are 2 best things about this rental.

Noisy street early in the morning, many tiles in the corridor are broken - whenever someone walks in the night, you are awake (this can be fixed I am sure), no complimentary coffee for guests, at least for 1st morning, shower cabin needs to be cleaned much better (mould and old scale), bed and sofa are very uncomfortable. I am pretty sure this negative things can be fixed.

The location was fantastic, close to all shops and restaurants, 2 min from city square.

Very narrow staircase and loose tiles. Bed was tiny, bathroom door hard to close. Cracked walls. Sunken couch.
