Studio Apartment in Three Anchor Bay

The location is great! It is central and the promenade is just down the road. There are shops and restaurants all around. It is also quite safe.

Firstly they did not allow me to cancel my booking (well beforehand) as we had someone joining us after the booking was made. There is literally barely enough space for 2 people in the apartment, so our family member had to get a different accommodation. There were no amenities other than toilet paper. The bed was so hard it was difficult to get any sleep and the blanket we got out of the cupboard smelled like sweat (not washed). It is also quite noisy outside.

Wifi did not work which took a day to solve. Not enough plug points in apartment. Management staff. Regardless due to the low cost it is worth staying

We paid for housekeeping, but it did not happen at all during the time booked in. Parking in the street.

Great location, easy to get around. The unit had everything we needed, very simple. Easy to find and great help with a video to show you from the street how to get in.

The bed is only a double bed, for 2 adults this is very small, so was not great to sleep. There is no mirror in the bathroom. The wifi had changed and no one told us, we had to ask.

The room was pleasant and met my needs, the location worked out as everything was in walking distance. They were also able to accommodate me with dropping off my luggage early which was very helpful.. If i can make a positive suggestion to replace the globes with Warm LIGHT bulbs, white light light bulbs are for hospitals and warm light just brings that homely feel :-)

I have to say, when I book accommodation, the first thing I ensure, is that there is an aircon. Well there is NO AIRCON, just desk fans, which are both broken and need to be propped up, and if you plug them in, you will have to disconnect the bed side lamps. Most of the dishes don't get used, however they are all very dirty and just sit in the draws, might be a good idea to just to deep clean the kitchen every now and again.
