Location

I SPECIFICALLY chose the property enquiring about infrastructure to support loadshedding since I had a heap of kids returning from volunteering and needed clean clothes etc. On my arrival, loadshedding started and the electricity in the unit was out (NOTE I SPENT A FORTUNE ON THIS RUBBISH ACCOMMODATION) I was then given some rubbish story by Oliver the person who was supposed to meet us ar the unti but was late to arrive AFTER he told me to give him a 35 minute notice ahead of my arrival. When I arrived, he wasnt there. Oliver went on to inform me that the inverter had to CHARGE and because there was “maintenance” earlier the day, it didn’t get the adequate time to charge. The next morning at 06:00 (now after adequate time to “charge”) the unit had ZERO power and cold water for showering. After texting and requesting the reason for this and requesting that they fix this “inverter” story, I heard NOTHING from Oliver nor Innocent who was apparently also “assisting” with clients. NOTHING for hours. After returning back to the until at night, STILL NO ELECTRICITY. The unit, in complete darkness. Oliver kept declining my calls. Note, he hadn’t responded to me all day and also kept declining my calls. When he finally answered, he was rude and claimed he had “knocked off” and that I was “lucky” he answered my call. He complained incessantly that I woke his daughter!!!!!!!!!! WHAT???????????? After they KNEW the stories they told me about the inverter was crap and they were clearly lying, they knew I had a house full of people, they knew I requested about infrastructure during loadsheddinf, they KNEW we had zero electricity, THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO BRING FLASHLIGHTS CANDLEA OR ANYTHING TO support us during 8,5 hours a day of loadshedding!!!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES AND GIVE HOLIDAYING IN SOOTH AFRICA A BAD REP!!!!

Grant from the agents Nox was awesome. Couldn't do enough to help. Great location, immaculate. Even better than it looks in the pics. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Would recommend to anyone.

Being overly critical the bed was a bit firm for my liking, but a purely personal thing.
