"Good appartement but it need maintenance and there is few things needs to be replaced"

The apartment is in need of renovation. It was shabby, many broken and dirty areas needed attention. When the wind blows the flat is incredibly noisy. One could be on a jumbo jet!

"Wonderful stay in Claremont"

The Apartment is wonderful with everything you need to make a family vacation a dream vacation. It is very easy to get to the airport, Waterfront and all other attractions. It has off street parking and the security staff is very friendly. Trish went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. Trish is a wonderful host and the communication and service was unbelievable. We can highly recommend the Apartment to anyone.

Sub standard linen. Kitchen cutlery and crockery bad shape. All plates and cups chipped. Poor quality cutlery

Trish the manager was amazing and instantly available without fail an always with a smile. The security was excellent felt quite safe.

The facilities was nice but not part of the apartment As they run seperatetly an not easily accessible for short stay residents as their focus is on long term living residents.

The location was good, we had good views of the mountain and the apartment was well equipped.

It could have had more led lights for the loadshedding periods.
