Exceptionally well kitted out. Everything you could possible need plus more. Located at the top of the steps from the oldtown square

Everything was amazing a beautiful apartment great outdoor area beautiful views plenty of space. The shower was fab and the washing machine was wonderful to have the use of it.

A minor thing but water in fridge would have been very welcome considering we were arriving late. The beds were very hard. I had great difficulty sleeping or getting comfortable. I know the owner can’t do much about this but pre warning would be better. The position of the apartment the fact that we had to walk up and down 98 steps to get to old town, I feel anyone with a disability I included would find it difficult. Maybe highlight this fact in the property description the area isn’t disability friendly. The apartment can be accessed by taxi and Uber but I would recommend using the Address of the nearby hotel Cerro Mar Garden hotel (just at end of the road) as Uber drivers finds the address of apartment difficult to find.

The location was great for us because it was our first time in the Algarve and we wanted to explore various beaches and towns, so Albufeira was right in the middle. Most importantly, though, we were drawn by the beautiful ocean view. The property is true to the pictures, and the view is even more stunning in reality. The apartment is extremely well equipped, and we had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed breakfast twice on the lovely spacious terrace. We only regret not having time to soak up the sun and have dinner there too, but unfortunately we returned from our day trips too late in the evening.

There were too many stairs to get down to the beach, and the effort was quite hard on our knees. We found some little bugs and stains in the apartment that we were concerned about, but the owner put our minds at ease. Since there are no screens on the windows and doors, it's easy for all kinds of insects to get in if you're not careful. Otherwise, the apartment was very clean. There was a strong chemical smell in the apartment when we arrived, and I have environmental sensitivities, so the smell made me cough for a while and didn't make me feel great until it dissipated after about a day once we aerated the apartment.

The location was perfect, I would definitely stay here again. We found the apartment to be very clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a supermarket close by and it’s walking distance (92 stairs) to Old Town Albufeira. We were able to find street parking in front of the apartment building without a problem.

Everything...apartment really comfortable,clean and the terrace was great. Very quiet but in 3 min you could get to a very busy area of the old town with lots of pubs,restaurants and shops

I liked everything, nothing to complain about. Something what would be nice to be on the terrace is those kind of electric pergola for more privacy and to be able to stay on the terrace during the day as its gets to hot .And maybe an jacuzzi or small inflatable pool but is just an idea.
