When we first arrived our check in was delayed by 3 hours even though we were tired coming from the airport and had to wait in a park. And when we were checking out he was at the door waiting for us to leave which felt rushed even though we were so delayed during check in.

- The security - The place was super clean when we checked in - Food and beer was available just downstairs - We were able to walk back from V&A

- There is no daily house keeping or at least once a week
