Very difficult to get hold of management company - help on in phone queue for 30 minutes. Carrying luggage from basement through security gates and up two flights of stairs a real schlep.

Cleaning was incomplete, geyser was left off so cold shower on first night.
ZAThe area was super convenient as there is a mall down the road and the V & A Waterfront was not that far either. You are surrounded by many hidden gems (restaurants). The place had a homely feel.
The Netflix wasn’t set up so only YouTube was available.

BEAmazing apartment, very beautiful with a wonderful view! The territory is closed, but the neighborhood looks safe. The owner though told us to avoid parking on the street (just in case). The owner explained very well (with photo's) and on time how to get in. The communication in general was efficient through whatsapp. Well equipped kitchen. Coffee/tee/water/milk is available for free. Very comfortable beds. Good wifi (in the living room, sometimes some issues with wifi in the furthest sleeping room, but not critical) We stayed only 3 nights, but the apartment makes you want to stay longer in this beautiful villa.
Parking is very small. The owner fixes it with other people in the same building but it takes a while. Great that the neighbor was very friendly and we discussed daily how we arrange our parking facilities No door between one of the sleeping rooms and the bathroom, what might be a bit challenging :-D There were two gas heaters in the apartment, but one was not working (we thought there was no gas). But it was definitely not critical, as we turned it on only once for an hour or two.
ZAI got my daughter to collect the keys, as I was arriving late. The apartment was so spacious, and the decor was out of this world. The view of Table Mountain was absolutely stunning - one could sit in the balcony all day, and just look at the mountain.
