Convenient location and suited our needs.

The flat was close to the lift. I had technical issues with the wifi and I was helped quickly.

Students partying on the roof at the pool on the Sunday evening till midnight. There is no aircon.

The property was home away from home. They have most utensils you can ever need in the kitchen and that is really helpful if and when you decide not to order food. I like the eating area! The lounge furniture is comfortable, and every room is spacious and has beautiful furniture. I like the bathrooms - the showers are spacious and I like the fact that they have RAIN SHOWER HEADS!!! The property is well located - shopping centres all around the vicinity, and easy access to the highway. The building is great and has 24/7 security. The building has two spacious elevators, and there is basement parking. The security staff is friendly and helpful.

There is room for improvement in cleanliness. The furniture can be moved more frequently when cleaning, especially prior to new guests lodge in.

Was really close to UCT private hospital. Property was comfortable, secure and clean.

The address of The Paragon provided on booking.com was not as accurate as should be. The address is in fact on the corner of main road and Bowden road instead of Oxford road. That would ease up arrival and pick ups by taxi or Uber!!

Very clean and secure place to stay. Close to all amenities - grocery stores, restaurants and clubs. Also convenient to people visiting UCT medical/health sciences campus.

Central location - easy access to all over Cape Town. Modern apartment. Gym. Two bathrooms.

Noisy at night as on a main road - particularly when hot and windows needed to be open to sleep.
