"Great Stay!"

Spar, clicks and pick pay near by. Some restaurants were also near by as well as ice cream stations. Around 1KM to waterfront.

There was a 2 hour load sharing on one of the days and the apartment is not connected to the generator. Thats the only setback.

the location is excellent and close to promenade, gym and Waterfront. The Nespresso and two free pods was great as was the washing machine.

I think the property needs some TLC as a number of things look old and worn, broken (dining room chair, washing dryer stand), the lounge light needs to be changed and the carpets and shower needs a deep clean. The shower is either boiling hot or cold no in between.
