Große Kleiderschränke mit viel Stauraum und vielen Bügeln Bequemes Bett Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage Reibungslose Übergabe und Abreise Allgemein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Küche etwas klein, mit wenig Ablagefläche Sofa für unseren Geschmack zu weich, es fehlten ein paar Kissen Parkplatz etwas eng

Lovely comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Fantastic location with wonderful views from the balcony and quiet surroundings. 5 minutes walk to the lake shore, 10-15 minutes to the centre and ferry terminal. Pallanza is a lovely small town with a peaceful lake shore compared with other lakeside locations.

There were lots of useful instructions but a couple that I missed were - how the shower worked (it took me a while to work it out), what to do with non-recyclable waste,

Amazing views of the town and lake. Great size. Lots of storage. Very well-equipped kitchen. Cleaning products. Toiletries included. Wine, water, honey and olive oil on arrival. Good local information booklet. Loved the windows and doors. Front door very secure, felt safe.

Safe didn't work. Shower was scalding hot one minute and freezing cold the next. A bit of a hike to reach the apartment building and then a further climb to the top.

City centre is very close to the apartment. Also, in general Verbania an ideal location to discover the Lago Maggiore area. The host and the agent were both very reactive to messages and requests. We had an indoor, private parking for our car, which was very appreciated. Each room (bedrooms and kitchen) had air conditioning, which was a surplus!

Views over the lake are fabulous, sun on the balcony, plenty of room in the apartment and all the little extras like free WiFi, welcoming bottle of wine, umbrellas (if needed) and all the book information were appreciated.
