Not very clean. No wifi

the property looked great and the apartment looked hip

there’s a mouldy smell in the apartment and the shower drain also smells.I’d suggest getting a humidifier for the apartment and getting the drain checked out. There was no provision made for load shedding eg. rechargeable lights. The shower overflows since it’s an open shower you constantly have to stop water from running out of the bathroom. :/

The property itself is very beautiful. Lovely furniture, lovely setting, no issues with the owner. You can’t hear noise from neighbours which is great.

They need to work on their drainage system. You can’t take long showers because it takes forever for the water to flow down. Thats the only thing I didn’t like otherwise everything else 10/10
